这一段是晚上运动时候的拍摄~拿出瑜伽垫让毯子躺在瑜伽垫上然后开始日常的运动~先是深蹲，连续的蹲起，每一下都精准坐在毯子的脸上再起来，毯子只能看着我一下一下坐到他的脸上。这一段不全是坐脸，还有在毯子身上做深蹲的部分，还有一些无意识的踢踹和全体重踩脸。后来坐在毯子的脸上进行拉伸，总之就是各种花式运动结合虐毯子啦~

Part4.

This is the most difficult face sitting in this video, both for the blanket and for me. One day, I suddenly wanted to try something different, so I sat on the blanket as a chair. Not only a chair, but the blanket also served as the floor, so I was sitting and stepping at the same time~
